Data Security

RoloDEQ is committed to protecting your data through secure infrastructure provided by our backend service provider. Industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) is used to protect data in transit and at rest, along with additional security layers for sensitive information, such as passwords. Routine security audits are conducted to identify and address potential vulnerabilities, ensuring a high level of data protection.

Access to your personal data within RoloDEQ is limited to authorized personnel only. However, we encourage you to safeguard your credentials, as protecting your account is a shared responsibility.

Children’s Privacy

RoloDEQ is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Access to certain features also requires a credit card, which provides an additional age verification step.

Reporting and Verification: If you suspect that an account belongs to a user under the age of 13, please contact our support team through our designated email. RoloDEQ will review the account and may request additional verification to confirm the user’s age. If age verification is not provided within 14 days, the account may be suspended. Accounts confirmed as underage will be permanently deactivated to ensure compliance with age-related privacy protections.

RoloDEQ currently stores and processes data within the United States. If RoloDEQ expands to support users outside the U.S., we will ensure compliance with relevant international data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU users. In such cases, RoloDEQ will implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or similar legally recognized safeguards as necessary to ensure secure data transfers and protect user privacy across borders.

Our infrastructure provider uses industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect data in transit and at rest, enhancing data security and confidentiality. Additionally, data access is limited to authorized personnel only, and in the event of a data breach, prompt notification will be provided to affected users in accordance with applicable laws. These measures help ensure a high level of protection for your data, even if it is transferred internationally in the future.
